Hi, I'm Jess—the human behind JG Yoga, lover of creative movement, upside-down adventures, and the firm believer that yoga doesn't have to be serious to be meaningful.
For over five years, I've been helping people discover that yoga isn't about touching your toes or mastering the "perfect" pose;it's about feeling at home in your body, getting curious, and maybe even laughing when you fall out of balance (because we all do!).
My classes are welcoming, beginner-friendly, and designed to make movement feel fun. Expect creative flows, playful transitions, opportunities to explore poses in new ways, and plenty of options so you can make each practice your own. Whether we're trying an arm balance, slowing things down with mindful mobility, or simply enjoying a big stretch after a long day, the goal is always the same: leave feeling better than when you walked in.
I love weaving little moments of yoga philosophy into class; not because life needs more rules, but because sometimes one simple idea can change the way we move through the rest of our day.
Around here, there's no pressure to perform, no expectation to be flexible, and no need to have everything figured out. Just bring yourself, an open mind, and a willingness to play.
Because the best yoga practice isn't the one that looks the prettiest—it's the one that reminds you how good it feels to move, breathe, and be yourself.
I can't wait to meet you on the mat.
